This page describes how personal data is processed for users of the contact form on danilobuonpensiero.vercel.app, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The contact form collects only the data voluntarily entered by the user:
Data is processed solely to respond to the contact or collaboration request submitted by the user. The legal basis is the consent given by the user when submitting the form.
Form submission uses the third-party service Web3Forms, which receives the data entered and forwards it by email to the controller. Data is not used for marketing purposes, is not shared with third parties other than the technical provider indicated above, and is not used for automated profiling.
The site also uses third-party technical services (Google Fonts for typefaces, jsDelivr/cdnjs for animation libraries) which may involve the technical transfer of the IP address when the page loads, with no profiling purpose on the part of the controller.
Messages received are kept in the controller’s email inbox for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent collaboration, unless the data subject requests deletion.
At any time you may request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing of your data, as well as object to processing, by writing to dbuonpensiero@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
